Privacy

Weatherly stores the Discord account and server details needed to run roleplay worlds: your Discord user ID, display name, avatar reference, manageable server snapshots, configured worlds and feeds, generated weather, delivery identifiers, sessions, and administrative audit records.

Discord data

Weatherly doesn't need ordinary Discord message content. It sends generated bulletins to the channels you configure, but it doesn't copy channel conversations into its database or logs.

Credentials and sessions

OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Weatherly stores session-token hashes, not the original tokens, and uses HTTP-only same-site cookies.

Deletion and outside services

Ask the Weatherly operator to remove account or server data through the published support route. Security logs and encrypted backups may remain during the operator's stated recovery period. Discord handles its own copy of data under Discord's privacy notice.

Billing data

Stripe hosts checkout, invoices, payment methods, tax calculation, and the billing portal. Weatherly stores Stripe customer, subscription, product, price, status, and event identifiers needed to provide Plus, but never stores complete card details. Stripe processes billing data under its own privacy notice.
