Include the guild ID, world ID, approximate time, affected command or dashboard screen, and any visible run or feed status. Never send a bot token, OAuth secret, session cookie, database URL, or private Discord message content.

Delivery trouble

Confirm that the bot remains in the server and can view the destination channel, send messages, and embed links. The Feeds screen reports missing permission, deleted channel, and pending retry states.

Schedule trouble

Include the configured timezone, local post time, advancement interval, current roleplay date, and next-run timestamp. Those details distinguish a timezone problem from worker lag.

Billing trouble

Include the guild ID, invoice or Checkout Session ID, and approximate time. Do not send card details. Billing changes are available only to the current Discord server owner; ownership transfers and legally required refund requests require operator review.
