Terms

Weatherly manages fictional calendars and weather updates for Discord communities. Server owners remain responsible for channel configuration, member notices, role mentions, and compliance with Discord's terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use Weatherly to harass people, evade Discord controls, distribute unlawful material, or run unrelated moderation or automation. Operators may suspend access when needed to protect users, Discord, or Weatherly.

Plans and availability

Free applies per Discord server. Plus is sold per server for the recurring price shown at checkout, in USD plus applicable tax. The current Discord server owner is the billing authority. A no-card trial may be used once per server.

Renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Plus renews automatically until canceled through Stripe's Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Completed charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may receive a seven-day recovery period.

Downgrades and ownership

When Plus ends, Weatherly preserves configuration and paid history but restricts capacity to Free limits. Excess worlds and feeds become read-only and stop posting. If Discord server ownership changes, Weatherly may schedule the prior owner's subscription to end and require support for an earlier billing transfer.

Service availability isn't guaranteed. These terms and the Privacy notice must be published with an operator support contact before live checkout is enabled.
