Discord permissions

Use a Discord account with Manage Server or Administrator to configure the server. Billing controls belong to the server’s current owner.

If the server does not appear in the dashboard, verify your account and permissions, then refresh the server list.

In each destination channel, Weatherly needs:

Permission Purpose
View Channel Access the destination
Send Messages Publish the post
Embed Links Display the formatted weather and calendar message

Check channel-specific permission overrides as well as the bot’s server role. A channel override can deny a permission that the role normally grants.

Open the channel’s permission settings and allow Weatherly to view and post there. Return to Feeds in the dashboard and recheck the destination.

You do not need to make the channel public to use it as a feed.

A removed bot, deleted channel, or changed permission can interrupt an existing feed. The Feeds screen reports these problems so you can repair the destination.

See missing posts for the next checks.
