A subscription belongs to a server
Section titled “A subscription belongs to a server”Select the intended Discord server before opening billing. Upgrading one server does not upgrade every server your Discord account can manage.
Only the server’s current owner can make billing changes. Ownership transfers may require review before billing access resumes.
Manage a subscription
Section titled “Manage a subscription”Use the dashboard’s billing controls to view your plan and available subscription actions. Review the current price and terms in checkout before purchasing.
If a plan change affects your available limits, review the dashboard’s guidance. Contact support if you cannot access billing or the displayed entitlement does not match your purchase.
Need billing help?
Section titled “Need billing help?”Open a private support ticket. Include the server ID, approximate purchase time, and invoice or checkout-session reference if available. Never include payment-card details.
