Open a private ticket
Section titled “Open a private ticket”Sign in to the dashboard’s Support section and open a ticket.
Free and Plus servers use the same support queue. Only the ticket creator and Weatherly’s operator can read the conversation.
Include enough to investigate
Section titled “Include enough to investigate”Describe what you expected and what happened. Include the server ID, world ID if available, approximate time with timezone, affected screen or command, and any visible error or delivery status.
For posting problems, say which destination is affected. For calendar problems, include the configured timezone, posting time, advancement interval, and next-run timestamp.
Do not send bot tokens, OAuth secrets, session cookies, database URLs, private Discord message contents, or payment-card details.
Screenshots and replies
Section titled “Screenshots and replies”You can attach up to three PNG, JPG, or WebP screenshots, up to 5 MB each. Crop out private information unrelated to the problem.
Optional Discord notifications attempt to send operator replies by direct message. If DMs are blocked, the reply remains available in the dashboard.
Ticket content is deleted ninety days after closure.
Community conversations
Section titled “Community conversations”The Weatherly community is for examples and conversations with other users. It is not the private ticket queue. Keep account, billing, and private server details in your support ticket.
